* Being the communicative party leading the aligning between our programmers, algorithm experts, infrastructure consultants, and the customer.
* Identifying & mapping the customer’s requirements, their impact on the business processes and KPIs.
* Maximizing solution value for the customer by mapping out the AS-IS and defining the TO-BE process.
* Validating and testing whether configured functionality is in line with customer requirements, processes, and expectations.
* Demonstrating configured solutions to the customer, while focusing on value for the customer.
* Providing functional support to the customer on our solutions during development and in daily operation.
Qualifications/Experience
* Proven years of consulting experience that combines working with 3DEXPERIENCE
* Extensive and demonstrable experience guiding and educating customers in relation to Design Process, Project Management, Change Management, BOM Management and the wider automotive or Aerospace & Defence OEM business in general
* Knowledge and experience of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
* Knowledge and experience in managing CAD data in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
