Youll collaborate with in-house experts across product, procurement and planning to deliver technically informed, commercially smart solutions. The Role Sales Executive Youll drive B2B sales growth, manage key accounts and win new business across private label, contract manufacturing and branded supplements. This is a consultative, insight-led role for someone who wants to understand what theyre selling, translate technical detail into customer value, and build partnerships with real commercial impact. Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs Identify and win new B2B customers through strategic prospecting Manage and grow existing client accounts Develop and execute sales strategies for defined markets Negotiate pricing, terms and specifications and close deals Build long-term, trusted customer relationships Develop strong product and industry knowledge Translate technical detail into clear customer value Use CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) to manage pipeline and forecasts Collaborate with marketing, product and supply chain teams Represent the business at trade shows and industry events About You Proven experience in B2B sales, account management or business development Track record of achieving or exceeding targets Consultative sales style with strong commercial acumen Interest in health, wellness, nutraceuticals or technically led products Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Organised, resilient and self-motivated Confident using CRM systems and reporting tools Willing to travel to clients and events (Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Nutrition or similar is desirable but not essential.)
