In House Dispute Resolution – Interim (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)
An excellent opportunity for a talented Disputes Lawyer to join a fast-growing, sustainability-led business on an initial interim basis, with strong potential to become permanent. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative legal team, working at the heart of major, multi-million-pound commercial disputes involving M&A, JVs, fraud, and professional negligence. The work is complex, strategic, and highly visible across the business.
What you’ll do:
* Lead and support large-scale commercial disputes alongside top external counsel.
* Coordinate case strategy, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
* Provide clear, pragmatic advice in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
What we’re looking for:
* UK-qualified lawyer with 3+ years’ PQE in commercial disputes or litigation.
* Confident managing complex, multi-party cases.
* Comfortable spending 2 days a week in the Lincolnshire office – with expenses covered for overnight stays.
