We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Insurance Account Handler to join our clients friendly team in Glasgow. You will be responsible for supporting a designated client portfolio, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Act as the first point of contact for designated clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Support clients with queries and provide exceptional customer service
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure client needs are met
* Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all interactions
EXPERIENCE
* Experience in the Insurance Industry (Broking exposure a plus)
* Willingness to learn and develop within the industry
* Customer service experience is advantageous
SKILLS
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proactive and adaptable approach to work
* Ability to work effectively within a team
* Confidence in client-facing interaction
