We're looking for a seasonal chef de partie to join our team at Sun Dancer.
Perched right on the beachfront in Nairn, Sun Dancer boasts breathtaking views of the Moray Firth and Nairn Beach. Our menu features the freshest local seafood and delectable dishes that keep our guests coming back for more. Pair that with our inventive cocktails, and you've got a dining experience like no other.
We need someone who's excited about great food and drinks and loves working in a beautiful, vibrant setting. If you're enthusiastic about hospitality and ready to make waves in the restaurant scene, we'd love to hear from you.
The successful applicant will ideally be from a fine dining background and have the skill set required to produce all dishes from scratch.
Live in accomodation can be offered in Inverness, 14 miles from the restaurant that has a regular public transport route.
The successful applicant will also be a stickler for detail and take pride in every dish that leaves the kitchen. We expect our chefs de partie to be able to work well both unsupervised and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and innovate. Key responsibilities include:
• Taking deliveries and prep work – ensuring our ingredients are fresh and ready for action
• Working in all sections of the kitchen
• Participation in in-house and external training to ensure you and the team are at the top of your game
