* Key details Mixed associate dentist position - 60% NHS / 40% private
* UDA rate of £14-£15 depending on experience, with a flexible UDA target
* Private income split 50/50, with lab fees shared 50/50

Requirements
* Full GDC registration
* Recognised dental degree (BDS or equivalent)
* Active NHS performer number
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Comfortable working across NHS and private dentistry in a mixed environment
