QC Systems Integration - Product Manager

As a QC Systems Integration - Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions that enhance QC operations and data integration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement products that streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by aligning technology with GSK’s mission to unite science, technology, and talent to get ahead of disease together.

Responsibilities
These responsibilities include some of the following:

1. Develop and deliver a product roadmap for QC integration solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand QC workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
3. Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
4. Partner with technical teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant solutions for QC data integration.
5. Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
6. Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualifications
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

7. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
8. Proven experience in product management, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a laboratory or healthcare setting.
9. Strong understanding of QC workflows, data integration, and related technologies.
10. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
11. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.


Preferred Qualifications
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

13. Advanced degree in a relevant field.
14. Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) or similar platforms.
15. Familiarity with data analytics, visualization tools, or AI/ML applications in laboratory settings.
16. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
17. Experience working in an Agile environment and using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
18. A proactive mindset with a passion for driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions.
