Role Details
* Location: Field based - South of England (Surrey, Kent, Sussex, Essex, Thames Valley, Hampshire)
* Reporting to: Commercial Manager UK
* Contract: TBC
* Working arrangement: Field based - you will be out in your territory the majority of the time
Purpose of the Role
To drive distribution, visibility, velocity and repeat purchase across the South by developing strong customer relationships and delivering excellent in-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Open new accounts across retail, hospitality and wellness channels
* Build strong relationships with customers across the region
* Drive visibility, execution and merchandising standards
* Increase rate of sale and repeat purchase
* Support local activations, sampling and promotional activity
* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends
* Deliver territory sales and distribution targetsProvide regular reporting on KPIs and opportunities
Skills & Experience
Essential
* FMCG sales experience
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Commercially minded
* Proven sales performance
* Self-starter with strong organisational skills
Desirable
* Drinks or beverages experience
* Existing regional contacts
* Experience within premium retail, hospitality or wellness channels
* Experience working with chilled products and chilled-chain distribution networks
