Join to apply for the Analyst Account Executive role at Vontier. Insite 360 is our bespoke platform used to monitor and analyze wet stock data for fuel stations, enabling real-time tracking of alarms, variance analysis, and leak detection to help customers optimize their fuel inventory and prevent losses.
Join our small team of Analysts, providing 1st line analysis support to our customers (commercial fuel operators/petrol stations), and taking ownership of your own portfolio of customers, building relationships and attending customer visits to drive efficiencies and help customers get the best from our products and achieve their goals.
Experience in customer service, technical support, or account management roles—especially with a tech or data twist—is a strong foundation.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Analysis and Support
* Swiftly respond to customer alarms to keep operations running smoothly.
* Take charge of Advanced Variance Analysis (AVA) and Statistical Inventory Reconciliation (SIR) for tanks, escalating issues promptly to maintain top performance.
* Troubleshoot remote communication challenges to keep everything connected and on track.
* Partner with field teams to identify and resolve customer site issues, ensuring smooth service delivery.
* Engage with field tests and site enrolments, supporting rollout of new services.
* Deliver engaging live demos of our tools and systems to customers and colleagues.
* Manage customer setup requirements for new and existing accounts to ensure a seamless experience.
* Account Management
* Maintain regular contact with clients, sharing updates and proactively solving challenges.
* Boost client satisfaction by ensuring our products and services are fully leveraged.
* Create and schedule clear, insightful customer reports.
* Showcase services and tools to help clients optimize usage and adapt to evolving needs.
* Be the go-to escalation expert for dealer-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve them quickly.
* Performance Highlights
* Respond to leak alarms within 15 minutes to minimise risk.
* Manage network variance percentage across the dealer estate.
* Engage with Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys.
* Support revenue growth through upselling opportunities.
Qualities and Experience
* Customer-focused; enjoy building relationships and delivering excellent service.
* Passion for data and technology; comfortable with tools like Salesforce, Power BI and Excel.
* Sharp analytical mindset; enjoy spotting trends and uncovering findings through variance and leak analysis.
* Clear and confident communicator; able to explain complex information simply, remotely or in person.
* Flexible and open-minded; thrives in a hybrid role blending data analysis with account management.
* Team player; collaborates across teams and shares knowledge.
* Organized and proactive; manages multiple customers and tasks effectively.
Bonus points
A basic understanding of retail forecourt operations and wet stock management (WSM) systems is a bonus – training provided.
