About the role We’re scaling fast across the US and Europe, and our global Revenue team of almost 700 colleagues is at the heart of that growth, and we are growing fast! As we expand our reach, launch new products and enter new markets, we need to stay sharp, scalable and human. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Strategic People Partner to partner directly with our CRO and lead a team of three People Partners to partner with the Revenue leadership team. Reporting to the Head of People Partners, you’ll shape the right people strategy for every stage of our journey. Due to the recent acquisition and ongoing integration of two organisations alongside our huge growth ambitions, this role is for someone who thrives in fast paced, scaling environments and knows how to bring clarity, commerciality, and dedication to employee experience to fast-scaling commercial teams. You’ll partner with the Global Revenue organisation that spans Marketing, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Revenue Operations, Revenue Strategy and more. And you’ll contribute to building a high-performance culture that scales not just in size, but in quality. If you’ve worked in progressive People teams, have a flexible approach, and know how to apply a people-first lens to commercial challenges, we’d love to meet you. What you will do Be a trusted partner to Revenue leadership Work closely with our CRO and senior leaders to define, deliver, and embed the people strategy for our commercial organisation. With a strong commercial understanding and coaching approach, you’ll bring insight, challenge and clarity to business decisions, team structures and leadership plans. With huge growth plans comes ambiguity and a need to adapt our approach regularly; you’ll be comfortable navigating unknowns, and bring confidence in others through ambiguity. Lead and grow your own team Manage and develop three People Partners, enabling them to partner a global Revenue team that spans multiple functions and geographies. Drive high performance at scale Define what great looks like for commercial roles. Build with the business to implement better ways of working to drive success, embed habits and tools, and enable leaders and managers to lead with confidence, clarity and accountability. Lead through change With experience in leading change effectively, you’ll partner leaders through fast-paced change with empathy and structure. You’ll ensure that through change and beyond, our colleagues are valued, and stay connected to our mission. Use data to make better decisions Bring a data-driven mindset to everything you do.
