Overview
Join Pandora as a Seasonal Sales & Operations Assistant. This seasonal contract runs until 04/01/2026 and offers a rate of £13.85 per hour. Hours available: 8, 12, or 16 per week. You will be required to work on key trading days, including weekends.
Responsibilities
* Sales: meet customers, understand their needs, and help them find the perfect gifts; aim to exceed sales targets with effective techniques.
* Operations: support behind-the-scenes activities to ensure smooth store operations, including click-and-collect orders, deliveries, returns processing, and shelf replenishment.
* Customer experience: wrap gifts, assist with engraving jewellery and loading gift cards as part of maintaining excellent service.
Requirements and Focus Areas
* Choose and discuss your preference between two focus areas—Sales or Operations—with some day-to-day crossover as needed.
* Ability to work in a busy environment and communicate effectively with customers.
Important Information
* Contract end date: 04/01/2026.
* Availability on weekends and holiday trading days; staffing will be distributed as fairly as possible.
* Annual leave accrual applies, but no annual leave is typically approved during peak periods.
