Processing of payrolls within relevant deadlines, including timely RTI submissions to HMRC – weekly, 4-weekly, monthly and annual payrolls
Preparation and submission of CIS returns and EPS’ for CIS suffered on a monthly basis, along with reconciliation of amounts due to HMRC
Ensure compliance with Auto Enrolment Regulations and understand company pension processes
Resolve payroll and pension queries from managers and clients, including liaising with HMRC
Collaborate with the accounts team, providing timely information for accounts production
IT literate, including strong Excel and database skills, Outlook and Word
Experience with Xero & BrightPay systems is massively advantageous
Knowledge of all PAYE processes and documentation including P11d and end of year procedures and RTI
Knowledge of Pension Regulations and associated reporting and compliance
This role will be full time, office based with the option of working from home once passed probation.
