National Account Manager // £55,000 + Car Allowance

This entrepreneurial family-owned business combines the agility and decision-making speed of a growing company with established market presence - you'll be a real decision-maker where commercial opportunities are acted on quickly, not lost in layers of bureaucracy. They are looking for a commercially astute National Account Manager to lead key grocery relationships and unlock new growth opportunities across Grocery. You'll own strategic account management for major retailers including Asda, Aldi, Co-op, Morrisons and Ocado.
What you'll do
You'll lead the commercial strategy for a £1.5m P&L - responsible for hitting and exceeding profit and growth targets.
Own end-to-end account management: develop bespoke business plans for each retailer, negotiate promotional activity and identify Own Label opportunities that drive margin and volume.
You'll build and maintain senior-level relationships with key stakeholders while working closely with the Head of Sales on critical business decisions. New business development sits firmly with you - this role is about opening doors and scaling partnerships.
What you'll need
* Proven National Account Manager or Commercial Manager experience
* Strong background managing Grocery accounts
* Commercial acumen with P&L ownership and strategic planning capability
