We're now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our central marketing team. You’ll take the lead on marketing activity for several of our performance focused agencies including RICH, Adgen and Crunch, managing campaigns, content, reporting and day-to-day execution. If you love variety, are willing to learn, can spin lots of plates and thrive on getting things done, this could be your next step.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Writing briefs for content and overseeing delivery of social, email, SEO, event and PR material
• Working closely with agency leads to understand their objectives and create tailored marketing plans
• Coordinating thought leadership, case studies and testimonials for use across digital platforms
• Using HubSpot and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to support CRM and paid activity
• Managing internal stakeholders and contributing to monthly reports and marketing performance reviews
• Collaborating with external partners and internal teams to maintain brand consistency and campaign quality
What we’re looking for:
• Solid marketing experience, ideally with exposure to digital and content led campaigns
• Able to plan, execute and report on activity with focus and clarity
• Strong copywriting and briefing skills
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Confident communicator who builds strong working relationships
• Experience with HubSpot, SEO and social content planning would be great but not essential
• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine team player mindset
