MUST HOLD NEBOSH CONSTRUCTION. Hybrid role, covering sites across the south East of England.
Role Purpose:
To ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across various project and operational sites, while maintaining and developing the organization's HSE management systems.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
1. Conduct risk assessments and task-specific analysis; generate site-specific RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) in line with company procedures.
2. Perform regular site inspections and audits as per internal schedules and compliance frameworks.
3. Collaborate with site and project teams to support the safe installation and execution of works.
4. Monitor working practices of both employees and contractors, ensuring adherence to legislation and best practices.
5. Coordinate or deliver training sessions for site-based personnel and subcontractors.
6. Prepare and distribute toolbox talks and safety communications.
7. Record incidents and accidents, maintain logs, and submit statistical reports regularly.
