ADA is an award-winning charity, which has been delivering specialist services to reduce harms and supporting recovery of individuals and families affected by alcohol and drugs use in the Northeast of Scotland since .
We are recruiting for a part-time, fixed term (till 31 August ) Research Assistant – Community Outreach, based at, Hadden Street, and Various locations throughout Aberdeen City.
We are looking for candidates that have an SVQ 3 or equivalent or working towards a relevant qualification. Relevant experience and training will also be considered. To be successful you must be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the needs of those affected by alcohol and/or drug use. The successful candidate should also be data driven and have experience of gathering, monitoring and evaluating data as a large part of this role will be research focused. Ideally, you will have experience of working with substance users and knowledge of effective interventions. Good IT and administration skills, along with excellent attention to detail are also essential for this role.
