1. Responsible for overseas client development, communication, and relationship maintenance for assigned business;
2. Responsible for providing product and solution support to overseas clients, including but not limited to requirements analysis, solution design, demonstrations, product presentations, etc.;
3. Responsible for providing on-site technical support to clients and resolving issues encountered during use;
4. Participate in project implementation and be responsible for the implementation and debugging of system integration solutions;
5. Assist the after-sales team in resolving issues encountered by clients during use.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/Telecommunications or related field;
2. Experience in overseas automotive pre-sales technical support, with access to overseas automotive customer resources and familiarity with system integration solution design and implementation;
3. Fluent in English and able to conduct technical exchanges with overseas clients;
4. Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit;
5. Detail-oriented and meticulous, able to work under pressure.
