Cover Supervisor – Swansea & West Wales
£100–£120 per day | 8:30am – 3:30pm | No weekends

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Swansea and West Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals considering a future in teaching or looking to gain experience in schools.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the teacher
* Maintain strong classroom behaviour and engagement
* Ensure students stay on task and complete work set
* Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress
* Adapt confidently across different subjects and classrooms
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above), including English and Maths
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
* EWC registration (or willingness to register)
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
Desirable (Not Essential)
* Previous experience working with children or young people
* Teaching, coaching, youth work, or mentoring background
* Degree or relevant educational qualification
* Experience in schools (TA, Cover Supervisor, etc.)
