Customer Relationships Manager - Hereford

Customer Relationships Manager (CRM) is a fully paid, 12‑month secondment working full time (35 hours per week), Monday–Saturday, based in Hereford, Herefordshire.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting customers via phone, video call or face‑to‑face in branch. Identifying needs, explaining products and services, and referring to specialist advisers when necessary. Acting as a subject‑matter expert within the branch, providing high‑quality customer conversations and supporting vulnerable customers. Delivering the right outcomes for customers, developing skills across the non‑advised product range and building rapport with each customer. Handling a wide range of enquiries, including complex topics, and ensuring customer needs are met.
About you
* Relevant experience in addressing customer needs through skillful, principle‑based sales processes.
* Customer service skills in face‑to‑face, telephony or digital channels.
* Experience in a financial services or retail customer‑facing role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain decisions confidently and clearly.
* Computer literacy and comfort using digital tools, mobile devices, online calculators and office applications.
* Strong motivation, organisation, time‑management and attention to detail.
* Empathy and compassion, able to build good relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
* Observe and apply the company’s customer‑first behaviours: Feel what customers feel, Say it straight, Push for better, Get it done.
