Your Role as a Roadside Mechanic
As a Roadside Mechanic, you will be at the forefront of our operations, handling diverse breakdowns and technical issues. Your technical expertise will be essential as you:
* Provide exceptional roadside assistance to our members.
* Deliver face-to-face support, ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Utilize the latest vehicle technology with support from our technical team.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
* Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
* A customer-focused approach to service.
* A full UK driving licence.
