What you’ll get * Salary c£35k (DOE) * Flexible working options * Company Pension contribution About the role * You’ll process customer orders and manage accounts with accuracy and care. * Confidently handle incoming enquiries, providing solutions and product knowledge. * With your keen eye for detail, you’ll proactively identify upselling opportunities and support the sales team in achieving targets. * Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact. * Prepare quotes, reports and maintain CRM systems.
