The Vacancy
This is a Permanent, Part-Time vacancy that will close in 13 days at 23:59 BST.
Key Responsibilities/Duties can include:
1. Answering emails in team inbox and supporting internal and external customers with queries.
2. Recording customer terms of purchase and advising customers of their agreements.
3. Answering incoming calls and supporting internal and external customers with queries.
4. Processing customer sales data to calculate invoices and payments.
5. Calculating and paying customer claims; verifying calculations and sales values and investigating discrepancies to ensure accurate customer payments.
6. Creating contracts for customers outlining terms and conditions of deals, and following up to ensure deals are signed in due course.
7. Performing other duties as necessary for the role and department development.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proficient in Word and Excel.
* Logical and methodical approach in a fast-paced environment.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities outside of structured tasks.
* Adherence to company systems and procedures for compliance.
