The store is large, busy, with exceptional operating profits and a highly successful team already in place. This is an opportunity not to be missed.

Location
Hamilton is a large town in South Lanarkshire, 10 miles from Glasgow. It is rich in history with many museums, and nearby Chatelherault Country Park, home to Cadzow Castle ruins. The town offers shopping centres, independent shops, restaurants, and has three railway stations connecting to Motherwell, Glasgow, and Lanark.

* Located on a high street with good footfall and accessible by public transport and car
* Car park just 2 minutes away
* Features inside the store include:
* 4 sight test rooms
* Lab with onsite glazing
* OCT equipment
* Potential for internal expansion
* A highly motivated team of retail (12) and clinical (4) staff, led by a Store Manager
* Operating profit above 31%
The Person
The ideal candidate will be driven, ambitious, and capable of identifying areas for improvement within an already successful store. They should be able to lead the team through growth, exemplify clinical excellence, and provide top-tier service to clients.
