Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Site Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading renewable energy suppliers.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple projects.
* Coordinate and manage installation teams and subcontractors.
* Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
* Carry out quality checks and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
* Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
Requirements:
* Proven supervisory experience within construction, retrofit, or renewable energy sectors.
* Strong technical knowledge of insulation, solar PV, and/or air source heat pumps.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
* Health & Safety awareness and site management knowledge (SMSTS/SSSTS desirable).
* Full UK driving licence.
