This will include property disputes, but in time, there could be opportunities to work on commercial litigation cases, contract disputes, partnership disputes, defamation, insolvency and debt recovery. Requirements Requirements Litigation admin experience: • Landlord and Tenant disputes • Opening and closing client files • Due diligence on clients • Billing and ensuring payments are made • Working with courts and third parties for required paperwork and documentation. • Assisting on Section 8 and Section 21 eviction notices • Housing, tenancy, and long-leasehold issues • Recovery of debts including outstanding rental income • Possession Claims – residential and commercial property • Recovery of outstanding service charges • Inventory reviews and disputes over the condition of the property • Breach of Covenant • Claims for disrepair • Legal / Beneficial Ownership • Preparation of paperwork for both County Court and High Court. • Clients include corporate occupiers, commercial landlords, investors and developers, and residential clients from the UK and overseas.
