Dove & Hawk are partnered with a leading estate agency, who are now looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their office in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a charismatic, confident, and organised individual who wants to work in a flourishing and lucrative area.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling inquiries and conducting property viewings
* Presenting and negotiating qualified offers to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved.
* Liaising between vendors, buyers, and solicitors, to ensure a smooth process
* Generating valuation opportunities within the patch.
* Produce the relevant paperwork required.
* Managing administrative tasks
* Meeting and exceeding targets
Requirements
* 6 months+ experience in residential sales, preferably in the area.
* A full UK Driving Licence
* Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle a high volume of administrative tasks efficiently
What' On Offer
* Basic Salary: £20,000 + 4-month guarantee of £30,000
* Realistic OTE for your first year: £45,000 - £50,000 (uncapped)
* Tiered commission structure; earn 10% - 15% on every deal

* Working Hours: Mon-Thursday 08:50-18:30, Friday 08:50-4:00pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 10:00-16:00
