Service Advisor – Commercial Dealership
Location: Kidderminster
Basic: £30,000
OTE: £34,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 + 1 in 4 Saturdays 07:00 – 16:00
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and professional automotive business in Kidderminster. This role would suit someone with excellent customer service skills, strong organisation, and the ability to manage a busy workload while ensuring customers receive a first-class experience throughout their service journey.

What you’ll be doing:
12. Managing customer bookings and ensuring workshop efficiency
13. Keeping customers regularly updated on vehicle progress and repair times
14. Producing accurate job cards, invoices, estimates, and related paperwork
15. Providing customers with clear explanations of completed work
16. Identifying additional aftersales opportunities where appropriate
17. Liaising with the Parts Department regarding parts availability
18. Recording retail, warranty, internal, and non-chargeable repairs accurately
19. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
What we’re looking for:
20. Previous experience within a Service Advisor role is advantageous
21. Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone
22. Strong administration and organisational abilities
23. Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
24. Previous experience working within an office or administration environment
25. Kerridge system knowledge would be beneficial
26. A customer-focused and professional approach
