Property / Surveying Administrator – East London – c£25,650k
We’re working with an established firm of Chartered Surveyors who are looking to hire an experienced Administrator as follows:
* Based in East London (close to the Essex borders), working Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm with some flexibility once settled
* The office operates a smart casual dress code with a vibrant, friendly, supportive environment.
* Working as part of a wider Administrative Team providing the full range of Admin support to a team of Surveyors
* Duties will include (but not be limited to) appointment booking, diary management, responding to emails, answering enquiries relating to services offered, checking surveys/reports (and referring them for correction if errors are found) and generally ensuring the office and its systems run smoothly and professionally.
* Suitable Administrators will need to be polite, highly literate, proficient users of Microsoft Office and have an excellent telephone manner.
* Training will be provided in relation to some of the technical terminology used by Surveyors so previous experience in a Surveying environment is not essential (although could be beneficial)

Salary for the successful Administrator will start at up to £25,650k with reviews and uplifts based on length of service, performance, and progression.
