Role Overview:

Due to our continued growth, we have a new exciting job opportunity as an experienced cleaning supervisor. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join Andron FM.
Your role will supervise all cleaning services delivered at site. You will work closely with the site team to ensure an excellent service is delivered.
This will involve liaising closely with the customer to ensure that the cleaning services are meeting their requirements and constantly looking for ways to improve the service. You will need to have experience in managing a Team.
Hours Required - Mon to Fri hrs -20 Hours per week - £13.21 per hour
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* The supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour whilst on site.
* Training all cleaning staff on cleaning equipment and techniques and maintaining records
* Ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building
* Supervising work schedules to ensure all tasks are covered on a daily basis
* Ordering of all consumables and cleaning materials
* Confident in dealing with client interactions
* Ensure highest levels of Health and Safety are achieved across sites
* Ensure strong client relationships are developed and maintained.
Person Specification:
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in supervising a team
* Excellent relationship builder with clients
* Previous experience in a cleaning environment
* The ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures
* Health & Safety focus and experience
* Must be able to work on own initiative with a proactive and flexible attitude
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise
