Are you detail-oriented, curious about data, and eager to grow your skills in a professional environment? We’re looking for a proactive Data Quality Assistant to join our Data team.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Support the day-to-day administration and development of our core systems, including InterAction (CRM), 3E Elite (Practice Management System), and MatterSphere (soon to be ShareDo) (Case Management System).
* Work closely with the data team, lawyers, and business development colleagues to ensure databases are accurate, up-to-date, and delivering real value.

* Maintain high standards for contact, client, matter, and business development data.
* Support legal and business development teams in using data effectively.
The Person
Based on the responsibilities of the role, the ideal candidate will likely have some familiarity with legal systems, a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience in data entry, data management, and general administrative tasks. You will be self-directed, articulate in both written and verbal communication, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong professional relationships. The ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate a proactive attitude toward new responsibilities and challenges is essential.
The Activities
* Manage data change requests and ensure data quality across the firm’s systems.
* Run data quality checks, resolve duplicates and inconsistencies, identify reliable data sources, and correct incomplete or outdated records.
* Produce reports highlighting data issues and contribute to the creation and documentation of best practice procedures for managing client, matter, transaction, contact, and billing data.
