The Role
In this senior role, you'll operate as a trusted adviser and key contact for partners, associates, and cross-functional teams. You will oversee the smooth execution of core legal talent programmes, lead process improvements, and help drive strategic initiatives that support the development, engagement, and retention of the firm's attorney population.
