Front of House Shift Manager
We are looking for a Front of House Shift Manager to join our team at our café and soft play in Montrose. As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth functioning of the front-of-house activities. This role will cover predominantly our Montrose site, there will also be a need to cover in our Stonehaven site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise daily shifts, maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
* Cover kitchen as and when required
* Coordinate with staff to guarantee exceptional customer service standards are met and maintained.
* Uphold cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the café and soft play area.
* Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, guiding and motivating team members to deliver outstanding service.
* Responsible for inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Experience & Skills:
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
* Experience in, or willing to learn kitchen for cover when required
* Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to reliability and punctuality, ensuring smooth operations during scheduled shifts.
* Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Dedication to upholding high standards of service and cleanliness.
