You’ll partner with managers to deliver key business objectives—providing expert guidance on absence management, employment law, policy, reward, workforce planning, and recruitment.
We have temporary and permanent opportunities.
What you’ll do
* Proactively support the wider HR Team with change programmes.
* Apply employment law, policies and procedures effectively influencing managers.
* Advise and coach managers on policies, procedures, and people initiatives.
What you bring
* Generalist HR experience across varied and complex cases.
* Proficient HR systems knowledge and data handling skills.
* CIPD Level 5 qualified.
