The purpose of the role is to assist in the maintenance and improvement of whole school attendance and punctuality by ensuring stringent housekeeping of attendance data, in line with school expectation. To work closely with parents and carers of pupils, building positive relationships and securing their full engagement to support their children to reach their full academic potential.
* The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, an approachable, confident manner and an empathy with young people.
* They will have recent and relevant experience and will be able to demonstrate good communication, organisation and the ability to work positively with young people.
