What You'll Do: Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Create platform-specific content plans that balance brand consistency with creative flair. Align social output with key business goals, campaigns, and product launches. Experiment with new formats, storytelling approaches, and trends to keep the brand at the forefront of social innovation. Team Leadership & Content Creation: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team including influencer & brand partnerships execs, social media execs, and in-house content creators. Oversee performance reviews, training, and development to ensure the team delivers outstanding results. Lead the content calendar and workflow to ensure a consistent posting schedule that maximises reach and engagement. Collaborate with influencers, photographers, and videographers to produce compelling, on-brand content. Community Engagement: Build and nurture an active, engaged community across all social channels. Be the voice of the brand, fostering authentic interactions and maintaining a consistent tone of voice. Leverage user-generated content and audience insights to inform and evolve content strategies.
