In this role, you will work under the guidance of experienced mentors to run essential assays and experiments that contribute to life-changing healthcare solutions.

Contract: 12 Months
Pay Rate: £15 per hour
The Role at a Glance
As an individual contributor, you will provide critical support to the laboratory team by performing routine and innovative testing while adhering to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Experimental Support: Conduct testing and experiments according to established protocols and procedures.
* Instrumentation: Utilize and maintain analytical instruments.
* Data Management: Compile accurate records, summarize data, and assist in the analysis of results and conclusions.
* Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure all departmental goals are met efficiently.
* Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Corporate/Divisional policies.
What You Bring
* Education: A further or higher education qualification in a technical or scientific discipline.
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in software packages like Word and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Knowledge: An understanding of design control procedures and processes is highly beneficial.
* Mindset: A commitment to safety and quality, with a willingness to take on additional site responsibilities (e.g., Health & Safety or First Aid) if needed.
