Job Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with other departments of the shared services company on contracts and project work.
2. Provide services and support to the companies within the group, employed by the group shared services company.
3. Report directly to the Head of Legal Services and support on contractual matters.
Required Skills/Experience:
1. Proven experience in the Commercial field.
2. Knowledge of Commercial Contracts.
3. Skills in Drafting and Negotiation.
4. Ability to handle conflicts and provide timely legal advice, understanding regulatory impacts on contracts.
5. Desirable: understanding of data protection.
6. Applicants with 2-5 years PQE trained in-house or at a recognized commercial law firm are encouraged to apply.
7. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not essential.
8. Ability to make quick and confident commercial decisions.
9. Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.
