Pay: MPS/UPS (Paid to Scale)

Long Term Futures are working with a friendly and welcoming primary school in Derby to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive school community. This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to develop within a stable, long-term position.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and creative lessons across the curriculum
* Build a positive and inclusive classroom culture
* Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
* Monitor and assess pupil progress to drive achievement
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
* Support pupils in preparation for end-of-key-stage assessments
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Sound knowledge of the primary curriculum, particularly KS2
* Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
* Recent experience within a UK primary setting
* A proactive and nurturing teaching approach
