Salary: £26,873 – £31,364
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing training provider and play a key part in connecting learners with meaningful work experience and apprenticeship opportunities.
You’ll lead on learner recruitment, employer engagement, and the promotion of pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programmes across the region. The role blends outreach, relationship-building, coordination, and target-driven recruitment activity.
Key responsibilities include:
Recruiting learners onto pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programmes
Engaging employers to generate high-quality work experience placements
Building and maintaining strong employer partnerships
Supporting xsngvjr employer recruitment for apprenticeship vacancies
Working towards learner start targets and programme goals
Ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reporting
Representing the organisation at events, fairs, and employer meetings
Supporting progression and successful learner outcomes
