Key Responsibilities:
路 Manage and input daily laboratory analysis data, ensuring all out-of-specification results are identified and escalated
路 Work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider QC team
路 Plan and organise workload across routine data entry and project-based tasks
路 Support QC/QA teams with SAP-related queries and how they link to quality processes
路 Release compliant product in SAP and block stock where non-conformances arise
路 Troubleshoot SAP and IT issues in partnership with internal support teams
路 Collaborate with Operations, Transportation, and Inventory teams to ensure timely, accurate product release
路 Liaise with external partners including 3rd party warehouses and co-packers
路 Support general QC departmental operations as required
