We're looking for a part-time customer assistant to join our front of house team. A vital element of the role is supporting client bookings and ensuring our high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
* Assist and support our client base, ensuring exceptional customer service is maintained at all times.
* Maintain client relationships to a high standard, professionally addressing queries, complaints, and questions. If required, escalate to the appropriate team member.
* Organise client bookings on behalf of artists, confirming the details of each appointment.
* Ability to open and close premises to ensure store security when needed.
Person Specification
* Strong interpersonal skills are preferred due to the fast-paced nature of the role. The candidate will be interacting with customers throughout the day.
* Ability to build working relationships quickly.
* Ability to engage with colleagues and customers with a professional and supporting attitude.
* Interested in the tattoo industry, with some understanding of various artist styles.
* Previous experience in a tattoo or piercing studio is preferred but not essential.
