Andy and Pete are our co-founders and their last job entailed selling tonnes (literally tonnes) of meat. Also, they felt like meat-alternatives weren't really for people who love the taste of meat. You’ll be the glue that holds our marketing team together: managing our communities, sorting our newsletters, keeping partners happy, and making sure our digital and IRL presence is just as sharp as our brand voice.
You're a multitasking marketing wizard, equally at home writing a killer subject line, sending out samples, or planning how our socks should look (yes, branded merch is on the table). Community Management – Keep the convo going across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. Supporting Content Creation – Help produce bold and fearless content that makes people stop scrolling.
Digital Sampling – Independently organise our digital couponing like a pro and report on the performance.
Partnerships – Assist with brand collabs, events, and influencer outreach. Champion our brand and help us make friends in the right places.
Food Service Coordination – Assist the food-service team in spreading and championing our plant-based mission to pubs, restaurants, and more. That means menu inspo, organising trade show and content creation.
Sampling – Assist with getting more product out the door by supporting the PR and Influencer send outs.
Analysis support – help the team to understand the ‘so what’ analysis e.g. brand health check and post campaign analysis
2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in food, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
