Overview
Join to apply for the Sales Support Executive role at TieTalent. This is a varied role in a busy HQ sales team, working closely with the commercial team, showrooms and customers. The role includes supporting customer enquiries and admin tasks to ensure smooth order processing.
Responsibilities
* Deal with customer enquiries and correspondence, liaising with customers, the sales, production and warehouse teams
* Raise quotes and invoices, arrange samples and deliveries
* Process internal paperwork and input information into the customer management system
* Collect payments and maintain accurate records
Requirements / Qualifications
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to deal confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues on the phone, by email and face to face
* Excellent administrative skills with accuracy, attention to detail, filing and keyboard skills
* Legible handwriting and comfort with calculating prices and quantities
* Well organized, able to multi-task, positive can-do attitude and a good team player
Salary & Benefits
* Up to £27,000 per annum, plus bonus, pension & benefits
