What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and building robust data pipelines for streamed, batched, and on‑demand data sources
* Owning ETL/ELT processes and maintaining automation for data collection and analysis
* Working closely with product owners, data scientists, and infrastructure engineers to deliver scalable solutions
* Contributing to the consultancy’s proprietary platform development
* Working in an Agile delivery model (Discovery – Alpha – Beta – Live) aligned to GDS standards
* Engaging with client stakeholders to understand their data landscape, security requirements, and digital maturity
* Coaching and mentoring junior team members
What We’re Looking For
* Cloud platform expertise — Azure‑centric, with solid knowledge of Azure Data Factory and related Azure data services
* Strong SQL and data modelling skills
* Experience with API‑based integrations and SaaS platform connectivity
* Comfortable working independently and presenting technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
* A growth mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC level)
