THE ROLE
As a Paraplanner, you’ll provide vital technical and analytical support to Financial Planners, helping to deliver clear, compliant, and effective financial planning solutions. You’ll play a key role throughout the client journey and act as a trusted technical partner to the planning team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support Financial Planners with research, analysis, and technical input
* Prepare high-quality suitability reports in line with recommendations
* Produce cashflow models and technical calculations
* Analyse client portfolios and complete due diligence
* Identify and gather information required for financial planning
* Act as a point of contact for clients where appropriate
* Attend client meetings when required
* Liaise closely with client services teams to ensure recommendations are implemented accurately
* Monitor KPIs and service level standards
* Maintain compliance with regulatory and professional standardsKeep up to date with legislative and industry changes
* Contribute ideas and improvements as part of a continuous improvement culture
ABOUT YOU
Experience
* 3–4+ years’ experience in a Paraplanner or similar role
* Strong background in technical financial planning and compliance
* Experience analysing client portfolios and working to deadlines
Qualifications
* CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) – desirable
* Working towards the Advanced Diploma – preferred
