Role Overview



As the Account Director for The VIP Suite by RunRagged, you will oversee a small team working across our new brand and talent connector app, The VIP Suite. The services we provide via the app are amongst others - brand campaigns, events and gifting, the app host thousands of members including Brands, PR agencies, talent agents and celebrities, influencers and creators.



This role involves managing all the processes and comms that come with an app of this kind and ensuring that every service is delivered to the highest possible standard, to ensure growth and client retention.



As well as hands-on execution you will need to lead, inspire, and guide our Account team to deliver exceptional results.



Key Responsibilities:


Leadership & Creative Oversight

* Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Accounts team, providing direction, support, and forward-thinking ideas to elevate campaign quality.
* Operational Governance: Maintain high standards of workflow efficiency, ensure all processes are followed and that deliverables meet client expectations.
* Creative Guidance: Collaborate with the team to come up with fresh, PR-worthy ideas that resonate with clients and influencer audiences.


Platform & Campaign Management

* Strategic Oversight: Ensure Influencer/VIP requests and orders are executed promptly by the team. Manage processes and systems within the VIP Suite App, evolve as is necessary with an ever-changing business and technology.
* Communication Supervision: Oversee all app and client communications channels (live chat, email, social), ensure they are being monitored efficiently and suitable responses are being made.
* Content & Reporting: Ensure timely campaign reporting is in place giving clients clear, concise updates. File and store reports and assets for future use.


Performance & Insights

* Analytics: Analyse social tracking tools to monitor campaign performance and translate data into usable report format.
* Quality Assurance: Implement new reporting mechanisms and processes, ensure the team learn from data and reports so the overall function of the app gets better and better.


Strategic & Client Engagement

* Client Partnership: Act as a senior point of contact on live projects, proactively suggesting innovative solutions and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be a fountain of knowledge, able to discuss all aspect of the business.


* Revenue Growth: Drive new business ops, make best use of upselling and cross-selling opportunities through services offered and specific platform capabilities.


Event & Activation Leadership

* Event Oversight: Guide planning and execution of influencer events, ensuring they are impactful, on-brand, and buzz-worthy. Attend events where required and ensure delivery is top notch.
* Networking & Development: Cultivate relationships with clients and industry partners to position The VIP Suite as a leader in events, paid for campaigns, seeding and gifting.


Business Support

* Senior Leadership Collaboration: Assist with strategic initiatives, business growth, marketing and opportunity spotting, new revenue streams and app development. You will offer ideas, opinions and rationale as to how we can be better at what we do.

* Proficiency in influencer marketing and event trends.
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills.



About you

You will have an innate interest and curiosity in popular culture and have strong celebrity and influencer knowledge. You will be a tenacious team player who can adapt and re-prioritise at the drop of a hat. You will be strong willed and able to deliver on KPIs with a hunger to succeed. You are someone who thrives on a challenge and is able to problem solve to achieve success.


This role would suit someone currently in a PR, Marketing or possibly TV/Online Production role. If you are an Account Manager or similar, and are looking for a change or next step, and love the idea of working with an app and getting stuck into influencer and celebrity marketing functions, then we would love to hear from you.


Based in Elephant and Castle, we operate hybrid working office/home (4:1).
