Your Day to Day
* Lead from the front! As the shift lead, you'll mentor, coach, and inspire your team.

* Work with multi-disciplinary teams to craft child-centric care plans.

What We're Looking For
* Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People's Workforce.
* Experience: Worked with children in residential care or similar settings, handling challenging behaviors.
