Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor based in Warwick, you will:
* Provide a professional and comprehensive 360 recruitment service to hiring managers, including sourcing, arranging interviews, problem-solving, candidate care, and onboarding support.
* Generate direct candidates from various sources such as job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment channels, reducing reliance on agencies.
* Conduct candidate telephone interviews to assess suitability.
* Manage candidates through interview arrangements and regular check-ins.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love for you to bring:
* Proven experience in an in-house recruitment team or RPO
* Knowledge of search tools to identify and attract top talent
* Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including legal requirements and best practices
* Basic knowledge of recruitment systems and processes
* Effective communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* A personable and approachable demeanor, making you a great team player
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the flexibility of 2 days working from home.
