An exciting opportunity for an experienced Utilities Project Manager to join a leading contractor delivering a major aviation infrastructure programme in West London.
You’ll manage utilities diversions, groundworks, and substation relocation works within a live airport environment. The role suits someone confident delivering civils projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities

Plan and deliver utilities and enabling works packages (water, drainage, gas, comms).

Oversee heavy civils and groundworks teams on an operational aviation site.
*
Manage subcontractors, drawings, and service diversions.
*
Liaise with designers, statutory undertakers, and client representatives.
*
Ensure CDM, health & safety, and quality compliance.
*
Report on progress, budgets, and programme delivery.
Requirements
*
Experience as a Utilities Project Manager on major civils or infrastructure projects.
*
Background in groundworks, utilities diversions, drainage, or enabling works.
*
Aviation or airside project experience preferred.
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and full UK driving licence.
*
Excellent stakeholder and coordination skills.
Package
*
Salary £80,000 – £90,000 per annum.
*
£7,200 car allowance plus benefits.
