* Manage the home: Ensure compliance with Children's Home Regulations and maintain a high standard of care.
* Lead and inspire your team: Build a compassionate, motivated team and foster a positive workplace culture.
* Develop your staff: Support colleagues' professional growth through training and the Academy programme.
* Collaborate with professionals: Work alongside clinical teams, education staff, and other professionals to deliver integrated care for young people.
* Ensure readiness: Maintain the home's Ofsted compliance and support the achievement of positive inspection outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications Required: QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent qualification.
Experience in Years: Minimum 2 years managing an Ofsted-rated "Good" or above children's home.
* Hold a QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children and Young People's Services or equivalent.
* Experience collaborating with clinical professionals, including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists.
* Skilled in multidisciplinary meetings and managing emergency placements.
* Passionate about ensuring young people have equal opportunities and the support needed to shape their own bright futures.
This post requires an enhanced DBS clearance and a full UK driving licence.
